Tarbooj Sharbat Recipe

Tarbooj sharbat or Watermelon juice is a instant good summer coolant with wonderful taste and flavors of watermelon. Tarbooj sharbat is hearty juice for summer since it contains 92% water and 8% sugar.


  • 1GlassStrawberries ( स्ट्रॉबेरीज )
  • 3CupWatermelon Juice ( तरबूज़ का रस )
  • 1/2tea spoonGinger Paste ( अदरक का पेस्ट )
  • 3tbspSugar ( चीनी )Cheeni


  1. Wash and stem the berries in cold water.
  2. Force through a food mill to separate seeds from the puree.
  3. Alternately place a nylon sieve over a bowl and, using a pestle or outstretched fingers, push to extract the fruit puree, discard the seeds.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a jug, stir well and refrigerate for few hours.
  5. Stir and serve in glasses with crushed ice.
