  • 2 cups boneless chicken (बिना हड्डी का मुर्गे का माँस) diced
  • 2 tablespoon oil (तेल)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (लहसुन) chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (अदरक)
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder (चाट मसाला पाउडर)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
  • 2 pieces tomato (टमाटर) chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree (टमाटर का गाढ़ा गूदा)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (काली मिर्च) crushed
  • 150 grams string beans (बोरा) cut into 1-inch pieces
  • salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
  • 4-5 pieces black olives (ज़ैतून) for garnishing


How to Make Chooze Aur Chauli Ka Milap Recipe

  • Clean, wash, and marinate the chicken and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • For the gravy-heat oil, sauté ginger, garlic.
  • Add in the tomato puree, all powdered spices, salt to taste, Kasuri methi, black pepper, and a little water/ stock if required.
  • Add in the chicken and cook in the masala.
  • Add in the blanched Chauli beans and cook or another 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove, serve hot with herbed bread.
