Cheese Omelette Recipe

- 3tbspMilk ( दूध )
- 1/2CupGrated Cheese ( कसा हुआ पनीर )
- 2PcsGreen Chilies ( हरी मिर्च )chopped
- Salt to taste ( नमक स्वाद अनुसार )
- 1tea spoonWhite Pepper ( सफेद मिर्च )
- 1PinchMustard Powder ( सरसों का पाउडर )
- 1tbspButter ( मक्खन )
Beat the eggs thoroughly along with the salt, mustard powder, green chillies and the pepper powder.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over a low flame.
Add the beaten eggs, spread evenly around the pan and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Cook on one side till the egg is cooked, fold the egg into half and remove from the flame.
