  • 2 pieces egg (अंडा)
  • 3 tablespoon milk (दूध)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (कसा हुआ पनीर)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chili (कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च)
  • salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper (सफेद मिर्च)
  • 1 pinch mustard powder (सरसों का पाउडर)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (मक्खन)


How to Make Cheese Omelette

  • Beat the eggs thoroughly along with the salt, mustard powder, green chillies and the pepper powder.
  • Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over a low flame.
  • Add the beaten eggs, spread evenly around the pan and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Cook on one side till the egg is cooked, fold the egg into half and remove from the flame.
  • Serve hot.
